>> Last week was a big week for Rachel Zoe -- first, she offended Tom Ford at his exclusive "Black Orchid" launch dinner, and then... wait for it, wait for it:  Nicole Richie dumped her.  Because Miss Nicole "wanted to surround herself with positive people and influences."  I wonder if that was a dig at Zoe's trademark not-so-positive-number dress sizes...
