>> Prepare your eyes for the feast of a lifetime!   French # 8 Revue des Modes has just come out for Spring/Summer 2006, and Thierry le Goues has graciously provided us with a huge collection of beautiful, beautiful images he shot for the magazine.  It makes my eyes water, they're all just so outstanding. 

>> Des bottines en plastique -- it sounds so much nicer in French than the English.  Never did I think I would want plastic boots, but I saw these in the March 2006 Vogue Paris, and I like how you can see the bright colored socks through them.  Very funky.  I like it.

>>  Natalia Vodianova has performed two big feats in the past month.  First, she is the cover girl for Vogue Paris' April 2006 wedding issue.  It's not my favorite picture of her -- the hair is not flattering (and what happened to the G?), but it's kind of refreshing to see a pregnant woman on a Vogue cover.  Secondly, she has just given birth to a baby girl, Neva, who has blue eyes and blonde hair.  In just two short weeks she will be shooting new ads for Calvin Klein -- talk about turnaround time!
