There's a new British magazine set to launch thanks to Conde Nast UK and Pop's Katie Grand, called Love. The magazine will staff other members of the Pop masthead and a few peripheral big wigs from the likes of i-D and Heat. Fashionologie has all of the details, right here.

>> Rachel Zoe put celebrity styling on camera with The Rachel Zoe Project, and now Kelly Cutrone has signed on to show another behind-the-scenes fashion sector to the public: fashion PR.

Cutrone, who founded firm People's Revolution and previously appeared on The Hills with a continuing mentorship role on Hills spin-off The City, has been planning a TV show of her own for a while now.  Although no network has been announced as attached — the pilot is being shopped, and NBC has a first-look deal — the reality show will follow Kelly and People's Revolution as they try to get clients into coveted publications, shoot lookbooks, hold meetings and photoshoots, work with celebrities, and produce fashion shows.  As Kelly explains, it's "going to showcase the nitty-gritty side of fashion publicity."

Filming is expected to start as early as February — just in time for Fashion Week — and Cutrone is serving as executive producer along with Magical Elves, the original producers of Project Runway.

>> THE MODELIZER —Although no details were originally given about the nature of former Dior Homme model Randy Johnston's death, the medical examiner in Hartford, Connecticut, where Johnston's death took place, confirmed that as rumored, Randy passed away due to "accidental heroin toxicity."  According to the New London Police Department, Johnston was found on a couch and is believed to have overdosed and fallen asleep, never to wake up. >>  If one fashion magazine isn't hurt by the current economic conditions, it has to be Katie Grand's new endeavor for Conde Nast UK, Love.  The "high-end," "edgy" magazine, which was originally being tossed around for a February or March 2009 launch, is going full-steam ahead — new logo above — with an official launch on Feb. 19.  Katie has taken most of her team from POP — including creative directors Lee Swillingham and Stuart Spalding, plus fashion editor Phoebe Arnold, who masqueraded around as a gravestone with the POP logo on it at Halloween.

New additions to the team include — as rumored — Francesca Burns, formerly of i-D, as senior fashion editor-at-large, plus Mark Frith, former editor of celebrity rag Heat, as editorial consultant.  And Katie won't be the only stylist heavyweight on board — Joe McKenna is on the masthead as senior contributing fashion editor.

Today Refinery 29 posted another chapter of their fabulous On The List series and pegged an item we are undoubtedly adding to our wish list. We're not sure how we missed this Gloria Bauhaus K Karl Lagerfeld scarf but we're happy we found it post-markdown. The only question in our minds is whether to frame it, wear it, bedazzle it, or be a good gift giver and box up the thing.
