London-based design team Susanne Ostwald and Ingvar Helgason have been creating collections for their Ostwald Helgason label since 2006, and the brand owes much of its success to playing up the designer's individual strengths. Ostwald is responsible for dreaming up the always interesting prints and color combinations, while Helgason puts out the slightly draped, softly tailored silhouettes. The duo's spring 2010 collection features asymmetrically cut, acid-hued dresses and tie-dyed button up shirts, micro shorts, and mini skirts that offer a sexy, grown-up take on spring dressing.
