Raging Tempers at the Helm of Prada: Patrizio Bertelli and Miuccia Prada Clash on Red Carpet Dressing, Twitter

>> Don't be surprised if you see more Prada on the red carpet soon.

>> Don't be surprised if you see more Prada on the red carpet soon. In the cover story of the March 2010 issue of WSJ., Miuccia Prada reveals that her husband Patrizio Bertelli, who also happens to be the chief executive of Prada, has been pushing her to pay more attention to marketing through celebrities. “He says that we are snobs and that we don’t understand pop culture,” Prada says of herself and her design team. "He and I have a little rule of three. If he says something more than three times, then I need to think about it. Sometimes I don’t want to listen, but I do.”

Bertelli is not known to be someone to contradict, but Prada doesn't shy away: the two are notorious for their arguments. “We work hard. It’s always an intense relationship, and it’s exhausting having to work with him. But I admire and respect him,” Prada told WSJ. “It’s a war in here every minute, and to be part of this company, you have to be trained.”

If Miuccia Prada started things off in Milan with her collection celebrating the curvaceous, full-hipped woman, then Marc Jacobs' And God Created Woman show yesterday for Louis Vuitton cemented the movement—boobs are back.

Both designers used fuller-than-the-average-runway-model women this season (as did Giles Deacon), looking to Victoria's Secret girls like Laetitia Casta and Bar Rafaeli, recent mothers Adriana Lim and Karolina Kurkova, and supermodel Elle Macpherson to fill out skirted sundresses, low-cut scoopnecks, and halter top bustiers.

“Designers are always saying they’re going to do a collection for women, but then every girl on the runway is under twenty,” Marc Jacobs said of his decision to cast a variety of ages and sizes for his fall 2010 Louis Vuitton show. “It’s a bit old-fashioned, I know, but I think it’s nice for a change.”

She did, however, make time to shoot with Miles Aldridge for Vogue Italia's March 2010 issue.

Anja Rubik, Sasha Knezevic Fete 25 Magazine Launch in Paris

>> Earlier this week, Anja Rubik and Sasha Knezevic celebrated their new new-look take on Austrian magazine 25 — the official launch issue features Constance Jablonski, Karlie Kloss, and Abbey Lee Kershaw on three separate covers, all styled by Barbara Martelo and photographed by Marcin Tyszka.

Sal Morale (who appears in the issue with girlfriend Maryna Linchuk) DJed the fete in an old Paris apartment, where fellow featured subjects like Heidi Mount, Karlie Kloss, Alana Zimmer, and Kasia Struss joined him.  The issue boasts an abundance of couture — “It is rare to get so many couture clothes in a magazine," Rubik told WWD — and comes in a limited-edition English version (2,000 copies) and a larger print run in German (50,000 copies). “It’s an Austrian magazine so it was important to keep a link between the first issue and Austria,” said Rubik, explaining fashion editorials inspired by artists Egon Schiele (photographed by Victor Demarchelier) and Gustav Klimt (featuring Eniko Mihalik).

Knezevic and Rubik are already hard at work on their next issue of the quarterly magazine; noted the latter: “One of our contributors will be Julia Restoin-Roitfeld."
