But we're probably the least likely people that it should have happened to."

Georgian Chapman, who is 24 weeks pregnant, attended Diane von Furstenberg's Mother's Day event earlier in the week and dropped hints about designing a maternity collection for Marchesa. “I’ve been changing all my dresses, adding elastic and things like that. I wouldn’t mind doing maternity wear, having gone through this,” she told WWD.

Due this August, the designer also may have unintentionally revealed she is having a girl when she told People magazine, "We’re really excited. I’m just trying to get everything done before Fashion Week so that I’m prepared for when she comes."

>> Rick Owens has been in New York two times in the last seven years, by his estimation, once for his store opening in 2008 and again now for a week.  He prefers to stay in a four-hour travel radius of his Paris home, and didn't travel for recent store openings in Seoul or Tokyo.

Although Owens has been staying at the Bowery Hotel since Sunday, he didn't attend the Costume Institute Gala, despite being invited, for "reasons he’d rather not discuss," WWD reports. He did hit up Mick Jagger and L'Wren Scott's after party at The Carlyle, however.

>> Yves Saint Laurent's Paris Apartment Put Up for Sale —After much of Yves Saint Laurent's private art collection has been auctioned in the past couple of years since his death, Pierre Berge put the designer's Left Bank apartment up for sale this week. Saint Laurent and Berge first moved into the apartment on the rue de Babylone in 1970 and bought it eight years later. The asking price for the 11-room duplex, which covers 5,600 square feet with a 4,700 square foot garden, is €23.5 million (approx. $31.4 million). [NY Times]
