Cannes may have brought the week's lion's share of red-carpet glamour, but elsewhere there were still plenty of gorgeous looks to inspire.

Kate Moss showed off her unfailing chicness — and some supershiny blond locks — at the Marie Curie fund-raiser in London, where she celebrated in an elegant black column gown, with husband Jamie Hince. Across the pond at the American Ballet Theatre's Gala in New York, fellow supermodels Alek Wek and Jessica Stam looked equally striking in monochrome Valentino gowns. Costars Charlize Theron and Kristen Stewart also played a game of fashion doppelgänger: at the London premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman, the duo hit a pitch-perfect note in complementary sheer gowns by Christian Dior and Marchesa, respectively.

Watch: Coco Rocha Goes to Work for Target
Modeling takes serious skill, and one need look no further for proof of that than this video of Coco Rocha posing — sometimes in midair — for Target.
Part of Rocha's job as guest editor of the Target Style Tumblr included some strategic jumping in front of photographer Tony Kim's camera, which was captured in this mesmerizing video exploring what goes into a cover shot. Each time Rocha launches herself into the air, she creates a new expression with her body. Watch it right here.
Happy Birthday, Emmanuelle Alt
It's been well over a year since Emmanuelle Alt took the helm of Vogue Paris, and while the aesthetic of that magazine may have changed, one thing's for certain: Alt's personal style has not. In fact, if there's one thing that can be said about Alt, it's that she definitely sticks to a look.
br>
"Her style is her big shoulders, long legs, tight jeans, sleeves up to the elbow, one hip out. I personally like her. She’s a handsome French woman," Karl Lagerfeld has said of the minimalistic, admittedly low-maintenance editor in chief. "I don't look after myself. I don't do yoga, Pilates, those things. I hate physical effort, I don't run anywhere, but I am superenergetic. Makeup? I just black my eyes, and that's it. My hair? I get it cut on set. I never go to a hairdresser. I'm not sure I'm French," Alt has said.

Regardless, we think the überstylist's French appeal is quite apparent. So in honor of her May 18 birthday — and her refreshingly low-key chic — we've gathered up some of our favorite Alt-in-uniform style moments. Bon anniversaire!
Watch: Skaist-Taylor's California Inspiration
Stylist Jacqui Getty captured Skaist-Taylor's eclectic Californian style for the first video in her new series, With Love, Jacqui.
Getty, whose videos will appear on YouTube's new fashion and beauty channel Look TV, explored the inspiration behind Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor's line, which debuted during New York Fashion Week Fall 2012. In the clip below, Theodora Richards wanders through the woods before encountering the designers — and their Fall 2012 line — in a well-appointed home while an Allison Iraheta cover of Massive Attack's "Paradise Circus" plays in the background. Getty's series will include similar videos, as well as interviews with the designers and other people in the fashion industry. For now, take a look at Getty's inaugural video.
Vogue Germany Tells "The Naked Truth" For Health Initiative Issue
For its June 2012 issue, German Vogue tapped Peter Lindbergh for a series of black-and-white portraits that reveal — and celebrate — what other magazines often try to hide.
br>
The resulting editorial, cleverly named "The Naked Truth," features German models Toni Garnn and Nadja Auermann, as well as actress Nina Hoss and photographer Donata Wenders, among others, in various states of undress.
br>
Lindbergh's sometimes raw images were taken under the new Vogue Health Initiative, which asks the magazine's 19 editions to portray a healthier, more inclusive image of women in their pages. June issues of 18 of those magazines will be dedicated to health and wellness — American Vogue featured Olympic athletes and French Vogue asked Gisele Bundchen for advice on staying fit. Vogue Japan's healthy issue will bow in July.
