Roksanda Ilincic, Jason Wu, Dolce & Gabbana, and Gucci were well represented this week — especially on a certain starlet's red carpet. We're talking, of course, about Emma Stone, whose whirlwind tour of premieres and photocalls for The Amazing Spider-Man was about as action-packed as a fashion fest gets. From an Elie Saab jumpsuit in London to a custom Andrew Gn lace-up in Berlin, the recent Vogue cover girl kept the hits coming.

But there were other events — and people — whose style stars shown bright this week as well. Alexa Chung, for one, celebrated her new gig as the face of Maje with a barbecue-themed soiree in Paris, where guests were treated to a music set by Lou Lesage.

In New York, Coach kicked off the Summer party season with a carnival — complete with games, cotton candy, and spiked snow cones — on the High Line, where models Jessica Stam, Elettra Wiedemann, and Josephine Skriver were among those in the well-heeled crowd. Later in the week, Refinery 29's 30 Under 30 fete brought the likes of Erin Fetherston and Harley Viera Newton out for cocktails and poolside shenanigans on the roof of the James Hotel.

See all those — plus Rose Byrne at Ferragamo's Marilyn exhibit in Florence and Paz de la Huerta working her groove at Diesel's party at Toy — plus much more, here in our best-of-the-week slideshow.

br> - On the flipside, Mary Katrantzou says she isn't able to do Resort collections because her intricate prints take too long to produce. "We worked out that it takes on average four days to create a print, and we create about 40 prints a collection, so we need 160 days — that's eight months for one person, four months for two people," she said. YSL Cofounder Pierre Bergé Supports Brand Name Change, Is Glad Pilati Left

br>
Pierre Bergé, cofounder of Yves Saint Laurent, said he supports Hedi Slimane changing the name of the brand to Saint Laurent Paris.
The move, which the house announced yesterday, is designed to bring the house back to its roots as a pioneer of ready-to-wear, and that makes Bergé "very happy."
"Anything that makes the house more Saint Laurent is welcome," he said. "I am happy that Stefano Pilati is gone, just as I was happy when Tom Ford left."
Slimane will preserve the house's iconic YSL logo for institutional purposes but will employ the graphic elements and fonts Saint Laurent used when he launched his ready-to-wear line Saint Laurent Rive Gauche in 1966. Slimane will also design his collections in Los Angeles instead of in Paris — and Bergé doesn't have a problem with that either.
"The creative studio is in a designer's head, it resides within the person," he said. "Hedi lives in Los Angeles. He should be left to do fashion in a city he likes."

Lily Aldridge Gives Birth to a Baby Girl
Lily Aldridge and her husband, singer Caleb Followill, welcomed a baby girl into their family Thursday morning.
Dixie Pearl was born in Nashville, TN, weighing in at 7 lbs, 11 oz. A spokesperson for Followill said, "Mom, Dad, and baby are happy, healthy and enjoying their new addition."
Aldridge was pregnant with Dixie when she walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last November. This is the first child for the couple, who married last May.
Aldridge isn't the only new Angel mom: Alessandra Ambrosio was also pregnant when she walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and gave birth to a baby boy named Noah in May. Adriana Lima announced that she was pregnant in March, and rumors suggest that Gisele Bundchen is carrying a child, too.
A Look Back at Meryl Streep's Most Memorable Style Moments
She may be an unwilling style icon, but there's no denying that Meryl Streep has an innate elegance all her own. "For me, clothes are kind of character; I don't follow fashion or understand trends," the 16-time Oscar nominee has said. That may be, but who else wears clothing with such natural grace that they've inspired dozens of designers' collections — as Streep did in her 1985 Out of Africa role — and who else but Streep could portray the ultimate Prada-wearing, fear-inducing fashion editor with such believable and transportative aplomb? In honor of her June 22 birthday, here's a look back at the iconic actress's most indelible style moments.
Gucci Taps Blake Lively

br>
After a stint as the face of Chanel's Mademoiselle ads, Blake Lively has been named as the face of a whole new campaign — for a whole new house.
br>
Gucci has tapped Lively to front the campaign for its newest fragrance, Gucci Première, which hits stores worldwide in September. While there's no word if Lively and Lagerfeld are still chummy, the actress has definitely won over Gucci's helmer, Frida Giannini. "She is a girl of extraordinary beauty and she's a girl who loves fashion," Giannini stated. "Although she's young, she's also very determined, and I liked this spirit.…She knows how to be a diva in the right sense, with an aspirational glamour."
br>
The admiration is apparently mutual. "I couldn't be more proud to be working with Gucci and its heart, Frida," Lively said.
br>
As for the campaign, it will include black-and-white images photographed by Mert & Marcus, as well as a short film directed by Nicolas Winding Refn. The print ads — which will appear in the UK first — will reportedly feature the actress wearing a sequined dress whilst looking out over the glimmering lights of Los Angeles, while the film will include footage of the actress in the Mojave Desert, as well as getting ready for a Hollywood premiere. The film will make its debut at this year's Venice Film Festival.

Doo-Ri Chung Leaving Her Clothing Label Doo.Ri

br>
Doo-Ri Chung is leaving Doo.Ri, the award-winning clothing company she founded in 2001.
The designer offered no explanation for the exit, and neither did the Tharanco Group, which owns the brand. In a statement Thursday, the Tharanco Group said it "wishes Chung well in all her future endeavors." This exit is reminiscent of Simon Spurr's departure from his eponymous menswear company, which he left without explanation in March.
Chung graduated from Parsons in 1995 and worked for Geoffrey Beene for six years before founding her own company. Chung launched her signature collection in 2003. In 2006, she was a winner of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund and won the CFDA's up-and-coming designer of the year award. Since then she's dressed First Lady Michelle Obama, and this year she designed a capsule collection for Macy's.

What to Expect From Raf Simons's First Dior Show

br>
Raf Simons's first couture show for Dior will be "exciting, beautiful, and new," according to milliner Stephen Jones, who is producing the hats for the July 2 runway spectacle.
"His aesthetic is informing what I do. I'm very excited," said Jones, who made hats for both John Galliano and Raf Simons's shows in the past. "I've known him on and off for years and people had kept saying we needed to get together and eventually, yes, now we're working together and on the biggest stage in the world."
Pressed for specific details about the show, Jones said, "That's so top secret, I can't even give you a hint."
Shortly after Simons was appointed Dior's couturier, he told WWD that he was interested in exploring the romantic side of his traditionally minimalist design aesthetic.
“I wouldn't go to that place if I only had minimalism in mind," he said. "I'm very aware of what the environment is about."

Agyness Deyn Married Actor Giovanni Ribisi Last Week
File this under unions no one saw coming: Agyness Deyn eloped with actor Giovanni Ribisi last Friday. According to Crown City News, the couple was spotted "passionately kissing" in line at the eastern branch of the Los Angeles County Registrar's office. When asked if they were there to get married, they shyly said yes. Ribisi also added that he and Deyn had been dating for "a while."
A spokesperson for Ribisi confirmed the happy news on Thursday afternoon, saying, "Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend." Deyn previously dated Josh Hubbard of The Paddingtons for four years but ended the relationship in 2008. She told The Daily Mail in March that she hadn't dated anyone for several months, partially due to her hectic acting schedule.
"The fact is I'm choosy, but mainly about a man's character," she said. "He has to be interesting, funny, and clever. I don't even mind if he's not very good-looking."
